DAY 01 : DELHI - CHAIL (375 KMS, DRIVE 8 - 9HRS)
Drive early morning from Delhi to Chail, ccheck into hotel Monal or luxury camp on arrival. Relax in the cold natural surroundings and enjoy exotic views of the world-famous Himalayan peaks. Dinner and overnight at hotel Monal / Camp.
DAY 02 : CHAIL - SANGLA ( 230 KMS, DRIVE 8 - 9 HRS)
Drive to Sangla through the thick woods of Narkanda and alongside the River Sutlej to arrive in the evening and check in to Luxury Camp. Enjoy the evening in beautiful surroundings in the river valley of Baspa at 9000 ft. It is one of the most beautiful valleys in the Himalayas and is compared to the famous valley of Kashmir. Known for its rich Kinnauri culture and apple orchards, this valley was opened for tourists only in 1993 for its proximity to the Tibetan border. Dinner with a bonfire at camp.
DAY 03 : SANGLA - CHITKUL (14 KMS, 3 - 4 HRS ONE SIDE)
After breakfast, trek to Chitkul. Go through a gradual climb along the Baspa river to reach High altitude pastures of Chitkul at 10,000 - 12000 ft. Surrounded by mountains, the site is a paradise to be in, and its peace and tranquility add to its beauty. Overnight at Alpine tents.
DAY 04 : CHITKUL - SANGLA ( 225 KMS, 7 - 8 HRS )
Come back to camp in Sangla for lunch. Go for a date with local folks in the afternoon. Spend the day fishing in the Baspa river, which is full of Trout, or go hiking in the forest. Name a few ways to spend time in this scenic location. The occasional sight of a rare musk dear is also possible for the lucky ones. Have dinner with a bonfire and overnight at camp.
DAY 05 : SANGLA - SHIMLA (230 KMS, 8 - 9 HRS)
After breakfast, says goodbye to nature and drive back to Shimla, the erstwhile summer capital of India. Enjoy the evening at the ridge, a great remembrance of the colonial period. Have dinner and overnight at the hotel.
DAY 06 : SHIMLA - DELHI ( 365 KMS, 8 - 9HRS)
Drive back to Delhi.
