We have prepared an itinerary for 05 nights and 06 days including visits to places like Srinagar, Gulmarg, Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. Delhi is the starting point for the trip. There are daily flights to Srinagar from Delhi. The flight is a good option for Srinagar. Upon arrival in Srinagar, you will be taken for a sightseeing tour of Srinagar and nearby places by road. Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur make a golden triangle tour and this circuit is easily done by road.Srinagar is a summer capital and Jammu is the winter capital of the state of Jammu & Kashmir. Kashmir has been regarded as one of the most beautiful places in India ever since Kashmir was called a paradise on earth. Kashmir tour is a popular choice not only for honeymooners but also for nature lovers due to the peace and tranquility it offers to the tourists round the year. The best season for Kashmir travel is between March to October as the weather conditions seem pleasant in this duration. Accommodation in Houseboat or Shikara through serene water of Dal Lake in Srinagar is an amazing experience and that is one of the highlights of Kashmir tour. DAY 01 : ARRIVE DELHI
After landing at International Airport in Delhi, you are met with SP holidays' representative and transferred to your pre-booked hotel. The company's representative would assist you at the airport and at the time of checking in at the Hotel. After some rest, breakfast at a coffee shop in the hotel. After breakfast, go on a guided tour of Delhi at 11:00 hrs, beginning with a morning sightseeing trip to Gandhi Memorial at Raj Ghat followed by the drive around India Gate and President's House. In the afternoon visits to Humayun's Tomb, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, Mahavir Ahinsa Sthal and Chhatarpur temple. Overnight stay at Hotel.
DAY 02 : DELHI - SRINAGAR ( BY FLIGHT )
After an early breakfast transfer to airport to board flight for Srinagar . Upon arrival, check-in at your pre-booked houseboat. After a short rest, late in the afternoon go for Shikara ride on Dal Lake visiting floating and Vegetable gardens, etc.
DAY 03 : SRINAGAR – PAHALGAM (100 KM / APPR 3 1/2 HOUR DRIVE)
Today after breakfast, drive to Pahalgam. Pahalgam (2133 mts ) also known as ‘The valley of Shepherds or Trekker's Paradise. Pahalgam is the most famous place for Indian Film Industry. On the way visit Awantipura ruins, Saffron fields One of the most beautiful places on earth, the town of Pahalgam offers breath-taking views. One can just enjoy the town of Pahalgam trek to some of the most beautiful places on earth. Pahalgam is also the entry point for the famous Amarnath Cave, a holy site for Hindus. Overnight in hotel in Pahalgam.DAY 04 : PAHALGAM – GULMARG (140 KM /APPROX 04 HOURS DRIVE)
After early breakfast at hotel drive from Pahalgam to Gulmarg. (8700 ft i.e. 2652 mts ), Discovered by the Kashmiri romantic poet in the 16th century who was inspired with its grassy slopes covered with wild flowers. In winter Gulmarg looks more beautiful due to heavy snow fall. And turns into India's premier Ski resort in winter. The Gondola Cable Car (optional) offers rides to the upland meadows of Kongdori and beyond to the top of Apharwat range to a height of 14000 ft for viewing the Himalayan Peaks in summer and for downhill skiing in winter. One can have Gondola ride (cable car directly payable) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg . Overnight in hotel in Gulmarg.DAY 05 : GULMARG – SRINAGAR (60 km / Approx 2-3 Hours Drive)
Morning after Breakfast Proceed to Srinagar . On arrival we will proceed for a local sightseeing that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens , Cheshma Shahi(Royal Spring), Nishat(Garden of Pleasure), Shalimar ( Abode of Love) Mughal laid Out in the 16th century & these fall along the bank of Dal-Lake in the heart of Srinagar City & Shankaracharya Temple located on a hillock, thus providing panoramic view of entire City, along with famous Dal-Lake & River Jhelum, Enroute visiting handloom centre famous for production of Pashmina/Shahtoos shawls & world over reckoned Carpets. Evening we will take a 01 hrs Shikara ride in the Dal Lake. This boat ride glides you past some wonderful Floating vegetable gardens, Handicrafts Centre & inherited lifestyle of people living inside the Lake since decades. Dinner and Overnight in HouseboatDAY 06 : SRINAGAR - DELHI ( BY FLIGHT ) DELHI - JAIPUR ( BY ROAD 260 KMS 6 HOURS DRIVE )
After an early breakfast, transfer to Srinagar Airport and board a flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, you are met and proceed towards Jaipur. En route, pass through the picturesque Samode villages. Take some time to relax and explore the local surroundings. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
DAY 07 : JAIPUR
Begin the day with a visit to the majestic Amber Fort, known for its grandeur and stunning architecture. Enjoy an elephant ride to ascend to the fort and explore its various palaces and courtyards. In the afternoon, visit the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds), City Palace, and the Museum. Discover the rich history and culture of Jaipur. Overnight stay in Jaipur.DAY 08 : JAIPUR - FATEHPUR SIKIRI - AGRA BY ROAD 232
After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive from Jaipur to Agra (approximately 232 km, 5 hours). En route, visit the historically significant Fatehpur Sikri, known for its well-preserved Mughal architecture. Continue the journey to Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal. On arrival check in at Hotel . After Visit Agra Fort and Evening Sunset Visit to Taj Mahal . Overnight stay in Agra.DAY 09 : AGRA - DELHI ( BY ROAD 210 KMS 5HRS DRIVE)
After breakfast, depart from Agra and drive back to Delhi (approximately 210 km, 5 hours). En route, visit Sikandra, the tomb of Emperor Akbar, known for its unique architectural style. Upon arrival in Delhi, check into your hotel. Spend the remainder of the day exploring the vibrant markets or visiting other attractions, such as Qutub Minar or Humayun's Tomb. Overnight stay in Delhi.DAY 10 : LEAVE DELHI
After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your departure time, you may have the opportunity to explore more of Delhi or engage in some last-minute shopping. Later, you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight for your onward journey.Cost for above programme
